Where do you post?

We only post to the UK.

How much is postage and packaging?

Standard postage is free and is sent via Royal Mail's tracked 48 hour service.

When will the order be posted?

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days of receiving your order.  Typically, except for the Christmas period, we aim to dispatch within 24 hours of receiving your order.  However this may take longer if you require personalised products.

Where is my order?

You should receive a link to track your order on Royal Mail.  We expect Royal Mail to deliver according to their schedule but very occasional they may take a little longer.  Keep checking your tracking and if you have not received your item within 10 working days, please contact us on admin@artglassgifts.co.uk, or by using the form on the 'Contact' page.  

My glass was smashed in the post.

You must report this to us as soon as you have received your order.  We will give you a full refund straight away.

I need to return my order.

You can return a purchase up to 30 days from the date you received it provided there is no damage to the item.  A returns shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, unless the cause of the return is our fault.
